# Commercial License & Terms of Use

Thank you for choosing Roam Free Prints! Every purchase includes a Personal and Small Business Commercial License. By downloading and using our digital files, you agree to the terms outlined below.

### 1. Allowed Uses (What You CAN Do)
– **Physical End Products:** You may use our PNG and SVG files to create and sell physical items (e.g., T-shirts, tumblers, mugs, hats, tote bags, stickers).
– **Small Business Limit:** This license allows small businesses to produce and sell up to **500 physical units** per design.
– **Print Transfers:** You may print and sell physical transfers (e.g., DTF transfers, Sublimation prints, Screen print transfers, HTV decals) created from our designs.

### 2. Prohibited Uses (What You CANNOT Do)
– **No Reselling or Sharing:** You cannot resell, sub-license, share, bundle, trade, or give away the raw digital files (PNG, SVG, or any other format) in any digital form.
– **No Print-On-Demand (POD) Auto-Fulfillment:** You may not upload our digital files to third-party Print-On-Demand websites (e.g., Redbubble, Zazzle, Society6, Printify, Printful).
– **No Digital Claim:** You cannot claim our graphics or design work as your own original art.
– **No File Extraction:** If creating mockups or promotional images, you must apply a watermark or display the design on a physical item to prevent unauthorized download/tracing.
