Due to the instant delivery and digital nature of our products (PNG, SVG, ZIP files), **all digital download sales on Roam Free Prints are final and non-refundable.**

Once a digital file has been purchased and downloaded, it cannot be returned or canceled.

### Damaged or Broken Files
If you experience any issues with your purchase:
– A corrupted or unopenable ZIP/PNG/SVG file.
– A missing design element or incorrect file dimension.
– An unexpected error during download.

Please contact our support team at **oamfreeprints@gmail.com** with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We will gladly fix or replace the damaged file within 24–48 hours.
